Nihaal: - Mr. Sashi Tharoor is absolutely right. I have been following him for last 3 months. Many a times, what he tweets are absolutely correct and bang on target. But, he should not discuss it publicly.
Munna: - Yeh tweet kya cheez hai bhai? Yeh circuit, tweet boley toh?
Circuit: - Bhai, I think that Mr. Sashi Tharoor is the name of a bird. Now, bird always tweets...he he he…
Nihaal: - arrey Munna, you are such a mamu aadmi hai yaar…have you ever heard about the website Twitter. Whenever, someone writes something in Twitter, it is known as tweets and I am following Mr. Tharoor in Twitter only.
Dynamite: - O accha, accha, he has tweeted about the new Visa policy of India. He is absolutely right, boss. Without a valid visa, all those bloody terrorists will keep on travelling throughout India, which is not fair.
Munna: - loh, aab Arindam ka lecture baaji suru ho gaya.
Circuit: - hey Arindam, mera naam toh Circuit hai, kyon ki main bachpan se electric circuit se khelta hoon, par tera naam tere maa baap ne dynamite kyon rakha? Zaara paata humko?
Dynamite: - The time when I took birth in the hospital, there was a bomb blast in the adjacent block of that hospital and since my childhood; I am very fond of crackers and bombs. That is why; my father used to call me Dynamite. Aab har koi ussi naam sey bulaa leta hai mujhko. Kya karoon;I can’t complain about them to anyone, as it is their democracy only.
Munna: - Aisa hai kya, yeh India hai, that means, anyone will say anything at anywhere. If it is so, then why the UPA 2 government is giving bwaat to Mr. Tharoor. Visa policy itna strong honaa chaiye ki koi foreign maai kaa laal issh India mein itni asaani se apna foot na rakh sakey.
Circuit: - bilkul right bola hai, bhai. For the sake of tourism, they are entering India and killing our innocent people.
Nihaal: - But, if we will make a very strong Visa policy, then our Indian Tourism department will incur losses.
Dynamite: - There can be no big losses other than the loss of innocent lives. Can you forget the 26/11 attack? Visa policy needs to be changed and other countries should force Indian government to adopt a strict Visa policy. What Mr. Tharoor has said, is not a matter of joke. As he belongs to junior level and is of our young generation, all those grandfather-type old ministers are now trying to play politics on him.
Nihaal: - But, this is government policy. How can you discuss about that in public forums? Democracy does not mean that you will discuss about anything, anywhere.
Munna:- Yeh, Nihaal, let me tell you one thing that as per Indian Constitution, freedom of speech is there for everybody and it will only be termed as a criminal offence, if it invokes any particular group to go for a violence.
Circuit: - Arrey, bhai, tu toh ‘MLA Munnabhai’ baan gaya hai bey. You are absolutely correct. The Indian Government is formed by the people and it has to serve for the people and that is called democracy. When the Indian Government is making a policy, then it is bound to take suggestions from the common people of India. Each and every citizen of India including the cabinet ministers of Parliament has full right to speak about those policies, after all; the policies are made for them only and the ministers, who have created those policies, were elected by these people only.
Dynamite:- If this UPA 2 government is not in favor of providing transparencies about its new policies, then what is the difference between this Congress party and the Chinese Communist Government? I really don’t know why the other countries appreciate the fact that “INDIA IS A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY”.
